We are kicking off the New Year by resuming our bi-lingual homeschooling classes.  The girls were ready to get back to work and learn.  We have 3 age groups, with 1 girl in 1st grade, 2 girls in 2nd grade, 3 in 4th grade, 2 in 5th grade, 1 in 6th grade, 1 in 7th grade, and 1 in 8th grade.  Daily the girls receive classes from Jenny, Sarah, and me from 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jeff steps in to teach Technology class and Math tutoring.  I am very impressed with the girls' enthusiasm for learning and their progress this school year.  Noticing that they are reading books outside of school on their own accord warms my heart.  My prayer is that this education will help them excel in their adult lives and that being bilingual creates more opportunities for them.
